Suitable for Sushi and all other Japanese dishes.
Cooking Instructions
Combine 1 cup YumeNishiki rice and 1.5 cups water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered 20 minutes,or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5 cups cooked rice.
Note
If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup Yumenishiki Rice and 1.5 cups water in electric rice cooker pot.
