Description
Mekabu seaweed is made form the flowering sprouts at the base of the Wakame sea vegetable. Mekabu has a pleasant, mellow sweet flavour.
To use
Soak in hot water for a few seconds, or until tender.
Drain well. Add to soups, salads and stir-fry combinations, as desired.
