Kaiso Salad is dried seaweed (wakame, tosaka and others).
To prepare: Soak seaweed salad with cold water.
Let it sit for approximately 10 minutes until desired tenderness is reached.
Drain well and add dressing if needed.
Can be served as a mixed seaweed salad, to garnish sashimi dishes, and other cuisines. Very healthy!
