Soft finished Panko Breadcrumb flakes with a touch of honey.

Panko breadcrumbs have a coarser texture than ordinary breadcrumbs. Panko breadcrumbs make for a much lighter and crunchier coating for deep-fried foods. If a recipe requires Panko don't try to substitute for any other!

Note: Although known as Honey Panko, these breadcrumbs are not actually sweet.

Ingredients
Wheat flour, Water, shortening (Palm oil, Rapeseed Oil), Yeast, Honey, Glucose, Salt, Soybean protein, Yeast food (wheat Flour, Corn Starch, Salt, Ammonium chloride, Calcium Sulfate, L-Ascorbic Acid, Amylase from Aspergillus oryzae, magnesium sulfate).

Cooking Directions
1. Roll meat, fish or vegetables in tempura batter mix or flour and coat evenly

2. Dip into mixture of one egg, 2-3 tablespoons water and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

3. Roll generously in Honey Panko Breadcrumbs.

4. Deep fry in oil (oil temperature should be 320 - 350 degrees) until golden brown, drain and serve piping hot.
