Dashi, or Bonito fish soup stock, is used as a base for almost all Japanese soups, broths and stews.
Use dashi as a base for miso soup, udon/soba soup, sukiyaki or whatever you would like
Each box contains 10 bags of powdered dashi.
Depending on desired flavour, each bag makes 5-10 cups of broth

Glucose, Monosodium Glutamate, Salt, Seasoning Agents (Powdered Dried Bonito, Bonito Extract), Disodium Inosinate, Disodium Guanylate, Yeast Extract.
