Create authentic Japanese tempura in minutes with this batter mix.
Just mix flour well with cold water, but don't over mix it. The batter mix should be lumpy not smooth. Heat your oil, then coat your food in batter mix and fry.
For best results make sure the water is very cold - try chilling in fridge before use.
