Description
Nishiki is a premium medium grain rice grown with the rich soil and crystal clear water of California. When flavour and texture of the rice is crucial in cooking, Nishiki is the brand people look to. Suitable for Sushi and all other Japanese dishes.

Cooking Instructions
Combine 1 cup Nishiki rice and 1.25 cups water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer, covered 20 minutes,or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered 10 minutes before serving. Makes about 2.5 cups cooked rice.

For best results we recommend using an electric rice cooker.
