Description
2 sachets of powdered sushi seasoning. Just mix with cooked rice. Each sachet makes approx 3 servings. Made by Mitsukan - Japan's no.1 vinegar brand.

Ingredients
Sugar, Dehydrated Distilled Vinegar, Salt, Monosodium Fumarate, Kelp Extract and Tartaric Acid.

Cooking Suggestion
In a large bowl, evenly sprinkle 1 pouch of Mitsukan Powdered Sushi Mix on 1 3/4 cup steamed rice. Mix thoroughly, then cool the rice mixture. Spread rice on seaweed, top with Temaki Sushi ingredients and roll. Use Mitsukan Powdered Sushi Mix for Chirashi Sushi, Norimaki, Nigiri Sushi and Kazari Sushi.
