For seasoning sushi rice.
To make Sushi rice use 2TBSP (30ml) Sushi seasoning for 2 cups (500ml) of cooked rice or 1 cup – 250ml of raw rice. Mix well while rice is hot.

Can also be used as a salad dressing without adding any oil.

Ingredients
Glucose-Fructose, Distilled Vinegar, Water, Salt, Rice Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Disodium Guanylate and Disodium inosinate.
