Quantity:

Rice VInegar for seasoning sushi rice and salad dressings.

To make Sushi rice for 4 servings.
Mix 4 tbsp (60ml) of Rice vinegar, 4 tbsp(60g) of sugar, 2 tsp(10g) of salt and add it to 6 cups(1500g) of cooked rice or 3 cups(750g) uncooked rice.
Mix well while rice is hot.

Ingredients
Rice Vinegar, Water.
Dilluted with water to 4.2% acidity (42 grain).
