Description
Naturally brewed soy sauce, sugar and wine are the essence of Kikkoman Sukiyaki stir-fry sauce. Sukiyaki is a Japanese word which means "broiled on the blade of a plough". The original Sukiyaki recipe consists of extremely thin slices of best beef which are cooked together with vegetables or tofu into a stock. The basis of this stock is a traditional bouillon, such as Kikkoman Sukiyaki stir-fry sauce. Sukiyaki stir-fry sauce is also ideal for refining fish, meat and vegetable dishes cooked in a wok or saucepan.

Soy sauce (Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt), Sugar, Water, Wine(Contains sulphur dioxide), Salt, Yeast extract.
No artificial colourings or flavourings.
