Kikkoman less salt soy sauce is made from our naturally brewed Soy sauce. The salt content is reduced using a special fermentation process which retains the unique flavour and aroma of Kikkoman original Soy sauce, but compared to the original product, has 43% less salt.
Use for basting, marinating, stir frying, roasting or as a dipping sauce.

Water, Soybeans, Wheat, Salt(8.4%), Ethanol, Sugar, Acidity Regulator:Sodium acetate, Acids: Lactic Acid and Acetic Acid.
