Light, refreshing and stimulating – Sen-cha is a premium quality green tea from the first harvest in spring of organic young leaves.

Using the traditional Japanese process, the leaves are briefly steamed immediately after picking and then carefully rolled and dried to capture their bright colour and fresh flavour.

For the perfect brew, place 1 heaped teaspoon of tea leaves per person in a teapot. Bring water to full boil and then allow it to cool slightly, ideally to 70-90 degrees C. Pour water to cover the tea leaves and steep for 1 - 2 minutes.
