A superb quality Japanese soya sauce made to the traditional recipe from whole soya beans and aged in cedarwood kegs over two summers.
A few drops of this rich, savoury seasoning draws out the flavour of other foods.
Use during the last few minutes of cooking to preserve its special flavour.

Ingredients
Water, whole soya beans*(18%), wholewheat*(16%), sea salt. *organically grown.
Suitable for Vegan.
