A rich, glossy sauce with a salty flavour, Oyster Sauce is an essential Chinese cooking ingredient. Oyster Sauce is great in stir fries and marinades. Add to dishes towards the end of cooking.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein, Maize Starch, Reconstituted Oyster (contains Molluscs) (2%), Dark Soya Sauce (contains Barley and Wheat Gluten), Colour: Caramel, Lactic Acid, Yeast Extract, Oyster Flavour.
